Born in Morocco. The bags are repurposed having originally been used for carrying rice, cous cous or flour. Each are hand embroidered through the tiny weave while the inside of the bag shows the original feed design adding a sense of romance to the story. To break down financial barriers, the women can stay in their rural villages and work. When they are completed, the company travels to each group to collect the pieces. Recently, a charity was created to help teach reading and writing to their artisans and their communities. "Don't waste. Create and educate".
